CLASSIC SUITES

Small Classic

3' x 5' indoor space, with 3' x 10' covered outdoor patio

Boarding Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
​

  • Hereford Bed & Biscuit is staffed 24 hours a day, in addition to having 24 hour camera surveillance.

  • We provide fresh, clean bedding for all of our guests. You may bring your own, however, it must be machine washable.

  • We provide plenty of toys and chews. You may bring your own, however, we are not responsible for lost or destroyed personal items.

  • Medication administration is considered a part of caring for the animals, therefore, there is no extra charge.

  • River Run Hi-Energy food is included in the price of boarding. We also offer Merrick Grain Free food for an additional charge. You may provide your own food, but we ask that you individually bag it per meal.

  • All dogs receive a bath on day of departure.

REQUIREMENTS
​

  • Dogs must be 12 weeks of age or older.

  • All dogs must be current with Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies vaccines.​

  • Outdated vaccines must be updated no later than 72 hours prior to check in date.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY
​

  • Check in is any time during regular business hours on Mondays through Saturdays.

  • Check out on Mondays through Saturdays is by 12:00 PM. Dogs remaining after this time are charged an additional day of boarding.

  • Check in on Sundays is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM only.

  • Check out on Sundays is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM only, and Sunday is an automatic boarding charge, regardless of whether the dog checks out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to check in date will be charged 50% of the reservation fee. 

Please call for boarding information and requirements for animals other than dogs.

LIESURE WALK
$7

A gentle liesure walk along the trails on the property.

YARD PLAY
$7

A one-on-one, 20 minute play session in one of our fenced yards.

CUDDLE TIME
$5

Extra hugs, kisses, and belly rubs for those who need a little additional love.

HIGH ENERGY WALK
$15

A fast paced 40 minute jaunt up and down the hills on the property. 

GROUP PLAY
$19

Add your dog to one of our doggie daycare groups for a day of fun.*

FACETIME
$10

Connect with your pet while you're away with a 10- minute FaceTime session.

*All dogs will be evaluated for Group Play on the first day of boarding.
