THE CAT HOUSE
Our quiet, cozy Cat House is the PURRfect home away from home for cats of all shapes and sizes and is separate from any dog space on the premises. It features three-tiered condos for lodging, and each cat has the opportunity to enjoy free range, individual time outside of their condo to explore our space filled with scratching and climbing toys. They'll also get plenty of one-on-one time with our caring staff, ensuring they feel right at home.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellations or modifications less than 48 hours prior to check in date will be charged 50% of the reservation fee. Once the reservation has started, you are responsible for the entirety of the reservation fee.
GENERAL INFORMATION

Hereford Bed & Biscuit is staffed 24 hours a day, in addition to having 24 hour camera surveillance.

We provide fresh, clean bedding for all of our guests. You may bring your own, however, it must be machine washable.

We provide plenty of toys and treats. You may bring your own, however, we are not responsible for lost or destroyed personal items.

Medication administration is considered a part of caring for the animals, therefore, there is no extra charge.

We feed on your cat's schedule, just leave us detailed instructions on what it looks like at home.

We do provide a very basic wet and dry diet, but we recommend bringing your own food to keep them consistent with their feeding.

FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) vaccine

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY

Check in is any time during regular business hours on Mondays through Saturdays.

Check out on Mondays through Saturdays is by 12:00 PM. Dogs remaining after this time are charged an additional day of boarding.

Check in on Sundays is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM only.

Check out on Sundays is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM only, and Sunday is an automatic boarding charge, regardless of whether the dog checks out.
